I bought this faucet in late 2005. I chose it because I wanted a pull-out that was Oil Rubbed Bronze, with a low profile. It is easy to use, easy to switch between stream and spray, with one hand, as one reviewer noted. I have had to call the plumber who installed it back for repairs THREE times in 4 years! That is way too much! First, the thing started leaking all over the back of the sink area and into the cabinet underneath. Turned out to be a cheap plastic part (in an expensive faucet!) that has to be tightened (carefully!) every now and then. Next, the hose fell out of the handle, spraying very hot water all over my arms and face. The plumber could not fix it, and had to order a new hose, costing me several hundred dollars for parts and labor. The old hose was metal, and heavy. It went back into the spout easily, due to its weight and the nice weight attached to it. The new hose is CHEAP plastic. Not only is it hard to pull out and replace in the spout, but it also kinks very easily. We have to hold the hose taught with one hand and spray with the other hand. NO GOOD! Now, it's dripping like crazy. We have to position the handle carefully to avoid the drips, but even now that is not working very well. The plumber told me I need a new cartridge. I went online to check it out and it turns out that this faucet has been discontinued. Not even sure what parts are available any more. SO... DO NOT BUY THIS FAUCET! I have probably spent $1000 on this faucet, parts, and labor over the past 4 years. Not worth it!

This is the third new faucet I have had in 3 years and I must say - I am in love. Yes, finally - this is the one for me! It's easy to use, the handle glides back into place, and the switch between the shower and the stream (for lack of a better description) is easy to use with one hand!
It's pretty, too - with nice curves and lovely sparkle. You will love it!
Oh yeah - it installed pretty easy as well! Everything you need is right in the box!

I'm a picky person, but I can't think of anything to dislike about this faucet. The hefty counter weight makes cord retraction a breeze. We have only had it a few weeks so I can't vouch for the durability of the finish, but I do wipe it down with a cloth each evening after washing dishes and that removes any smudges or water stains that have accumulated during the day.

I purchased this faucet two years ago for my kitchen remodel. It has the right look for my county kitchen, but when you turn it off it continues to DRIP for a few seconds. Other brands do not drip....I've checked. I wrote a review on Faucet Depot where it was purchased, but they seem to be disinterested in any negative reviews!
